Our client is a seasoned enterprise application services provider with 20+ years of experience driving digital transformation. They are looking for a highly motivated contract Oracle HCM Functional Consultant with a strong background in Oracle HCM Cloud with solid experience in configuration, solution delivery, and support within the HCM Cloud space, especially in Benefits and Compensation modules.

Required Skills:

6+ years of experience in Oracle HCM Functional roles, with a focus on support, configuration, and solution delivery (Benefits & Compensation are must-have modules).
Strong understanding of HCM business processes and hands-on experience with functional design documents, end-to-end testing, and issue resolution.
Ability to collaborate with clients for requirement gathering, demos, and ongoing support.
Basic SQL/data querying skills for analysis and debugging.
Experience working in offshore-onsite delivery models.
Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and team collaboration skills.
