Process Performance Engineer
Filton - Full-time on-site to start, then Hybrid 60% onsite
12-month contract initially
up to £38 per hour Inside IR35

IO Associates is looking for a Process Performance Engineer to join the Filton site. You will join a global aerospace leader specializing in commercial and military aircraft, helicopters, defence, and space sectors. This role offers a chance to contribute to innovative projects within a dynamic team, shaping the future of aviation and space systems.

This role involves optimizing production processes, managing workflow, and supporting high-profile aircraft programs, including A400M, A350 Wing, Additive Manufacturing, and R&T projects like Wing of Tomorrow.

Skills & Experience:

Understanding of aircraft design, assembly, and procedural processes (wing experience preferred).
Proficient in SAP and Google G Suite; ability to read drawings/specifications.
Experience in industrial process optimization, line balancing, and workflow management.
