We're seeking aspiring and developing Product people to join a Manchester based business-to-business Technology company.

This opportunity will suit either a Business analyst or Project manager looking to step into Product & be more customer-focused/led or a Junior/Mid-level Product person looking to take that next step in their career.

Responsibilities:

• Implement the defined strategy and roadmap for the business' Product offerings.
• Collaborate with teams across engineering, operations, sales, and marketing to launch new products and features.
• Prioritize product features based on customer feedback, market needs, and business goals.
• Draft detailed product requirement documents and user stories.
• Conduct market research and competitive analysis to identify trends and opportunities.
• Monitor product performance and customer satisfaction, making data-driven decisions to enhance the product.
• Develop business cases to support project initiatives.
• Analyse product performance metrics and generate reports for senior management.

Requirements:

• Experience in Product, Project management or Business Analysis roles.
• Strong understanding of working in a B2B environment.
• Proven ability to manage and deliver products or projects.
• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and data-driven decision-making abilities.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with experience working in cross-functional teams.
• Familiarity with Agile methodologies and product/project management tools.
• Customer-focused approach with a passion for delivering top-tier service.
