Location: Hybrid - remote with travel once per week to Gloucestershire
Type: Permanent
Salary: Up to £53,000 per annum (DOE)

iO Associates are excited to be collaborating with a technology and services firm that aids top brands in transforming their communications management. They are looking for a Product Owner to join their team on a permanent basis, leading the development of their Customer Experience Hub.

You'll be the go-to person for product training and questions, serving as the product's ambassador inside and outside the company. Working closely with a cross-functional team, you'll help deliver various features, keep the product vision on track, and build a roadmap to guide progress.

The company are based in Gloucestershire and the role is hybrid - remote with one day per week on-site. Please note that the role pays up to £53,000 per annum depending on experience.


  • BSc in Computer Science, Engineering or a similar field (desirable)
  • Understanding and experience with AWS
  • 4 years experience as a Product Owner or similar role in Product Management
  • Technical understanding with knowledge of Software Development
  • Excellent communication skills for effective interaction with both internal and external stakeholders
  • Experience with software engineering teams and third-party collaboration
  • Agile Software Development Methodology
