About the Role

iO Associates is seeking an experienced Salesforce Core Senior Consultant to join a high-impact project supporting Sales and Service Cloud implementations, with integration into Data Cloud use cases. You will play a key role in designing scalable solutions, facilitating workshops, and collaborating with stakeholders to deliver successful Salesforce outcomes.

Key Responsibilities

Design scalable Salesforce Core solutions across Sales and Service Cloud, integrated with Data Cloud use cases.
Translate business requirements into architecture (object model, flows, security, integrations).
Support Data Cloud enablement: data mapping, ingestion, identity resolution, and segment activation.
Apply advanced Salesforce features (APIs, Platform Events, middleware, Calculated Insights).
Lead workshops, document solutions, and ensure data quality, compliance, and stakeholder alignment.

Must-Have Skills & Experience

5-8 years of Salesforce Core project delivery experience (Sales/Service Cloud).
Strong declarative design skills (Flows, Sharing, Permission Sets) with solid understanding of integration patterns.
Proven knowledge of data modelling, data quality, and compliance requirements.
Stakeholder-facing experience with excellent documentation and communication skills.
