The Role

We're looking for a Salesforce Developer who thrives in a collaborative environment. You'll help design and build custom Salesforce solutions that streamline operations and enhance customer experience. From Apex to Lightning, you'll work across teams, own delivery, and contribute to a growing, forward-thinking platform.

Responsibilities

Build and maintain Salesforce applications using Apex, Visualforce, and Lightning Components
Work closely with product owners to understand business needs and craft technical solutions
Support integrations, data migrations, and UAT
Troubleshoot and optimise code for performance and scale
Participate in code reviews and support junior developers
Document your work clearly for both tech and business teams

What You Bring

Hands-on Salesforce development experience
Strong in Apex, LWC, Visualforce & REST APIs
Familiar with integrations (e.g. MuleSoft, Data Loader)
Agile mindset, Git/version control, and clean code practices
Good communicator who can work with both devs and business users

Nice to Have

Salesforce certifications
Admin or DevOps background
Experience in financial services
