The Role:

They are seeking a SalesforceSalesforce Release Manager with a development background to drive release processes, CI/CD pipeline automation, and hands-on support for a dynamic SalesforceSalesforce team.

You will be at the heart of release management, ensuring efficient, traceable, and robust deployments on the SalesforceSalesforce platform. You'll also contribute to the team's development efforts and have the opportunity to work hands-on with the latest SalesforceSalesforce capabilities.

Responsibilities:

Design, implement, and optimizeoptimize release management processes for SalesforceSalesforce platforms.
Build and maintain version control strategies using Git; manage release branches and advanced Git operations (merging, rebasingrebasing, cherry-picking).
Troubleshoot deployment issues and ensure timely resolution.
Create and manage CI/CD pipelines leveraging GitHubGitHub Actions, with environment-specific workflowsworkflows.
Draft and execute deployment and implementation plan according to release schedules.

Required:

Expert in Git workflowsworkflows and advanced operations (merges, rebasesrebases, cherry-picks).
Significant hands-on experience with GitHubGitHub Actions for CI/CD automation.
Proven SalesforceSalesforce platform development and release management expertise.
Strong grasp of CI/CD principles, DevOpsDevOps, and Agile methodologies.
Familiarity with SDLCSDLC concepts, SalesforceSalesforce architecture, and APEX.
Experience using delivery methodologies such as Scrum, KanbanKanban, or Waterfall.
