iO Associates is working with a leading digital team delivering customer engagement strategies. They are seeking a Salesforce Marketing Cloud Consultant with proven expertise in Loyalty, Growth Marketing, and traditional SFMC Engagement to support on a project basis.

This contract role is ideal for someone confident in building and optimising multi-channel journeys, loyalty workflows, and campaign experimentation within Salesforce Marketing Cloud. You'll work closely with cross-functional teams to help deliver personalised, scalable, data-driven campaigns.

What We're Looking For:

Strong hands-on experience with Journey Builder, Automation Studio, and Email Studio
Proven success delivering loyalty and retention campaigns
Familiarity with AMPscript, SSJS, and data modelling
Exposure to Marketing Cloud Growth tools and strategies
Confident communicator and collaborative team player
