Role: Business Data Analyst (x2) - SC Cleared
Location: Fully Remote
Duration: 1 x 3-month initial contract and 1 x 6-month initial contract
Start Date: 17th November 2025
IR35 Status: Inside IR35 via PAYE - employer NI and apprenticeship levy paid by the client (means more in your pocket compared to via umbrella).

We are looking for two SC Cleared Business Data Analysts to support a high-profile data analytics programme with one of our GovTech Consultancy clients.

The successful candidates will play a key role in analysing and interpreting large and complex data sets from across the UK and potentially also international sources, helping to shape data-driven insights and inform key decisions.

This role is highly analytical, focused on data interpretation and modelling rather than stakeholder discovery or requirements gathering. You'll be expected to collate data from multiple sources, perform detailed analysis, and draw meaningful conclusions to support strategic objectives.

Please note, although there is a strong Data analysis element to this role, the successful candidates MUST have traditional Business Analysis experience too as you will be required to confidently analyse the data against the Business needs and make recommendations from a Business Analysis viewpoint.

Key Requirements:

Active SC Clearance (used within the last 12 months)
Strong experience working to Agile sprint/kanban frameworks
Excellent attention to detail and structured approach to analysis
Comfortable working independently in a fully remote environment
Data Analysis skills:

Strong analytical background with proven experience working across multiple data sources
Experience in the interpretation of complex data sets
Ability to assess and communicate insights from data clearly and concisely

Business Analysis skills:

Must be able to assess the processes, strategy and needs of the business against the data to make confident and business-aligned recommendations.
