SC Cleared Python Developer

Location: 100% Remote

Day Rate: £750 - £950

A central government body is looking for an Experienced Python Developer with SC Clearance to join their team to assist and support the API management system.

What will you be doing?

You will be responsible for the team that's developing AWS Lambda APIs to extend the management platform. This will include mentoring the junior developers to ensure everyone on the team is able to complete the tasks set out by the client giving you management experience.

You will also be responsible for testing/ reviewing the project on completion - working closely with the solutions architecture team to efficiently deliver product features. This is an excellent opportunity to gain industry specific skills whilst leading a team which could lead to a contract extension for future projects.

What skills will you need?

• A working knowledge of implementing or supporting REST APIs using an API Management solution.
• Highly Proficient in Python Development (Java is also useful)
• Experience of building test within Python
• AWS pipelines and Lambda
• Strong leadership/ communication skills are essential for this role
