Role: Senior Digital Business Analyst

iO Associates are seeking a Digital Business Analyst to help deliver impactful technology and process change across a dynamic and forward-thinking Public Sector focused organisation. Working within a collaborative IT team, you'll play a key role in translating business needs into clear, actionable solutions as a Digital BA who brings a wealth of GDS experience.

Key responsibilities:

Collaborate with stakeholders to define and prioritise digital requirements
Identify opportunities for improvement and support the development of efficient, user-focused solutions
Turn business problems into technical requirements or user stories
Support business case development and contribute to project planning
Act as a bridge between technical and non-technical teams
Provide support to the Lead Business Analyst as needed

What we're looking for:

Experience in a GDS (Government Digital Service) environment
Strong background in technical and business analysis
Confident working across the full software development lifecycle
Proficient in tools such as JIRA, Confluence, and web-based CRMs
Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills
