Senior Product Manager - Clinical Pathways

Salary: £70,000 - £80,000

iO Associates are supporting a Healthtech organisation, who are looking for an experienced Senior Product Manager to take ownership of our Clinical Pathways product - shaping its vision, defining strategy, and leading delivery. This is an opportunity to work on a product that directly improves how the NHS operates, saving time and money, improving patient outcomes, and creating a better experience for clinical staff.

What you'll be doing

Owning your product area end-to-end: from vision and strategy to delivering impactful solutions with a dedicated squad of engineers and designers.
Using user research, data, and experimentation to discover and validate product opportunities.
Leading product discovery and prioritisation with qualitative and quantitative insight.
Monitoring performance, competitors, and market trends to stay ahead.
Collaborating with transformation, commercial, and marketing teams to define go-to-market strategies.
Driving continuous improvement both in your product and across the product function.

What we're looking for

Proven experience in product management, leading cross-functional teams to deliver high-impact products.
Skilled at defining long-term strategy while staying hands-on with delivery.
Comfortable optimising established products as well as leading early-stage initiatives.
Experience running product discovery using both qualitative and quantitative methods.
Excellent communicator who keeps stakeholders engaged and aligned.
SaaS experience essential; health tech experience a plus (but not required).
Thrives in a scale-up environment where every day brings new challenges and opportunities.
