Key Responsibilities
* Develop and deploy robotics software using C++/Rust and Python
* Build autonomous capabilities
* Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design, test, and scale systems
* Support field testing and real-world deployments
* Translate mission requirements into scalable technical solutions

Required Skills
* 5-10+ years with C++ or Rust and Python
* Strong CS fundamentals: data structures, algorithms, concurrency
* Experience in robotics, autonomy, or complex system development
* Eligible for UK Security Clearance

Preferred Skills
* Background in motion planning, SLAM, estimation, or controls
* Experience deploying multi-agent autonomous systems
* Familiarity with behaviour trees and distributed communication networks
* Knowledge of defence systems or operational tactics
