Senior Software Engineer (SC Cleared)

Contract Length: 6 (with potential extension)

About the Role:

iO Associates are seeking an experienced and highly skilled Senior Developer with a strong background in AWS, Node.js, AI/Machine Learning, and Defence projects. The role will see you designing, developing, and deploying solutions within the defence sector. This role requires on-site presence in Bristol and candidates must have active Security Clearance (SC).

Key Requirements:

• Security Clearance: Must hold active SC (Security Clearance).
• Technical Expertise:
  • AWS: Proven experience in architecting and deploying applications on AWS. (Serverless, Lambda)
  • Node.js: Extensive experience in building scalable applications using Node.js.
  • Golang: Ideally experience or interest in working with Golang
  • AI/Machine Learning: Hands-on experience in developing and integrating AI/ML models into applications.
• Defence Experience: Previous experience working on defence related projects is good to have.

The role requires an Active SC Clearance and some on site working near Bristol.
