In this role, you'll be at the forefront of structural integrity, leading complex stress and fatigue analysis activities for in-service fleet maintenance and major upgrade projects. You'll guide internal and external teams, define specifications and methods, and take ownership of the analysis signature for key data releases.
You'll drive continuous improvement across stress, fatigue, and damage tolerance (F&DT) methodologies, working with both metallic and composite structures. From hand calculations to advanced FEM methods, your expertise will help ensure the safety, reliability, and performance of next-generation aircraft.
What you'll do:
Lead and deliver complex structural analysis projects across the aircraft lifecycle
Define and implement analysis standards, processes, and tools
Prepare stress, fatigue, and damage tolerance reports for certification
Assess production non-conformities and support continuous improvement
Mentor and support junior engineers, fostering technical excellence
What we're looking for:
10+ years' experience in structural analysis for aircraft programs
Strong background in fatigue & damage tolerance for metallic and composite structures
In-depth understanding of CS25 certification requirements
Proven leadership and communication skills
Analytical, structured, and collaborative mindset
