Service Designer - UX | up to £650/day (Outside IR35) | London - On-site (5 days/week)

We're looking for a Service Designer with strong UX experience to support a major Defence programme. This role is ideal for someone confident working in secure, fast-paced environments and shaping complex service journeys.

Key Responsibilities:

Design end-to-end services across multiple channels.
Map and improve user journeys based on research and operational needs.
Work closely with developers, researchers, and Defence stakeholders.
Clearly communicate design decisions to technical and non-technical audiences.

Requirements:

Strong background in service and UX design, ideally within Defence or secure settings.
Skilled in service mapping (e.g. journey maps, blueprints).
Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement.
Active DV Clearance is essential.
Experience with Palantir is a plus.
