Salary: £36,000 - £38,000 per annum

An Extra Care Scheme supporting older adults to live independently with care.
A Learning Disabilities Service supporting individuals with PMLD and mild learning disabilities through personalised, respectful care.

What you'll do:

Lead and motivate care teams to deliver high-quality, person-centred support
Ensure care plans meet individual needs and regulatory standards
Build positive relationships with residents, families, and local partners

What we're looking for:

Experience supporting vulnerable adults
Registered Manager status (NVQ Level 5 desirable)
