Job Description:

My client is seeking a Service Technology Consultant to join our team. The Service Technology Consultant will be responsible for providing expert guidance and support to our clients on the use of our technology to improve their service delivery. The ideal candidate will have experience in both customer service and technology, with a strong understanding of how to integrate the two.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Support Customer in Error Detection and Troubleshooting.
  • Designing Simulation of failure situation for analysis.
  • Collaborate with clients to understand their needs in automated testing and customize technology solutions to meet those needs.
  • Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of our technology solutions and make recommendations for further improvement to our R&D.
  • Provide training and support to clients on the use of technology solutions.
  • Keep up to date with emerging technologies and customer service trends to ensure clients remain competitive.


  • Master's or diploma degree in engineering, informatic or related field.
  • Completed vocational training preferred.
  • Experience in customer service or related field.
  • Familiarity with LINUX or LINUX RT.
  • 3+ years of experience with technology solutions electrical and mechanical plant design and automation tools.
  • Automotive experience.
  • Experience working on test benches.
  • Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • German speaking - an advantage
