Software Test Engineer

What You'll Be Doing:

Define and implement test cases, scenarios, and plans for cutting-edge aerospace software systems.
Develop and enhance test automation solutions using modern technologies.
Execute and maintain both simulation-based and hardware-in-the-loop
Conduct regression tests to ensure the ongoing reliability of critical systems.
Analyze software issue reports and perform detailed bug verifications.
Prepare thorough test reports and technical documentation.
Present test results to multidisciplinary teams and stakeholders.
Own the testing lifecycle within your development or systems team.
Drive improvements in the internally developed test applications.

What You Bring:

A degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field.
Strong grasp of software testing and development methodologies.
Proficiency in Java, Python, and XML.
Hands-on experience in an agile project environment.
Ideally, an ISTQB Foundation Level certification.
Knowledge of aerospace or aviation standards and processes.
Fluency in German and English-both written and spoken.
