Pay rate: £37.02 p/h inside IR35.

iO Associates seeks a Supply Chain Quality Manager for the Filton site. Join a global aerospace leader specializing in commercial and military aircraft, helicopters, defense, and space sectors. Responsibilities

• Collaborated closely with suppliers to ensure on-time, high-quality part deliveries across Final Assembly Lines (FALs) and production plants.
• Partnered with suppliers to drive continuous development and performance improvement.
• Ensured supplier and product compliance with all relevant regulatory and program requirements, representing the Supply Chain perspective within multifunctional teams (MFTs).
• Adapted to a dynamic environment, managing evolving tasks and engaging with diverse external partners and manufacturing technologies.

Skills

• Strong understanding of industrial processes and operations
• Keen interest in supply chain management and quality assurance topics
• Knowledge of PPS (Practical Problem Solving) methodologies such as 8D / 9S, Ishikawa, 5why, etc.
