Location: West Drayton

Daily Rate: Up to £650 per day Inside IR35

Working Pattern: WFH with occasional travel to West Drayton/ Heathrow

Active SC Clearance required.

iO Associates are seeking two Technical Architects to join a well-known IT & Transformation Consultancy to help them with their latest programme with a leading international aviation organisation.

You will be responsible for monitoring service metrics, maintaining application code, executing runbooks/playbooks, updating tests and infrastructure, ensuring GitHub workflows, providing service review and feedback, and participating in on-call support.

Responsibilities:

• Monitor service metrics (BES, ECP Platform Health Dashboard, CloudWatch).
• Maintain/update Python code, Terraform, GitHub Actions workflows.
• Execute runbooks/playbooks for incidents, service requests.
• Update/maintain tests (Unit, Synthetic, BES Monitoring).
• Ensure GitHub workflows, including configuration reverting.
• Provide service review/feedback to stakeholders, customers.
• Participate in 24/7 on-call support rotation.

Requirements:
