iO Associates are looking to recruit a Technical Support Team Lead for a growing organisation in Somerset. The successful candidate will support the organisations partner's technical implementation and provide support when required.

Role: Technical Support Team Lead
Salary: £32000 - £35,000
Location: Taunton/Somerset

Responsibilities

• Oversee handling of technical support tickets.
• Act as cover for the technical support team when necessary
• Ensure successful delivery of solutions & assist with issue escalations and client requests

• Complete regular 1:1's
• Improve technical knowledge throughout the team.

Experience

• Experience with ecommerce platforms
• Previous Programming exposure
• Previous experience in Technical Support
• Excellent communicational skills, including verbally and written.
• Exceptional organisational and time management skills
