As the Vehicle Thermal & HVAC Attribute Manager, you will lead the development, integration, and validation of thermal systems-optimizing battery cooling, powertrain management, HVAC performance, and heat pump efficiency to ensure comfort, efficiency, and compliance in all conditions.

Responsibilities:

Lead thermal system design, sizing, and integration
Define and cascade vehicle-level thermal performance targets
Oversee HVAC and heat pump development
Coordinate validation through physical and virtual testing
Collaborate with cross-functional teams and suppliers

Requirements:

8+ years of experience in automotive thermal systems.
Expertise in thermodynamics, refrigeration, battery/powertrain cooling.
Proficiency in GT-Suite, KULI, or Flowmaster.
Strong project leadership and communication skills.
