iO Associates awarded Silver in the Defence Employer Recognition Scheme

We’re incredibly proud to announce that iO Associates has been awarded Silver recognition through the Defence Employer Recognition Scheme (ERS), marking an important milestone in our continued commitment to the Armed Forces community.
The Defence Employer Recognition Scheme recognises organisations that demonstrate exceptional support for the Armed Forces community and Defence, going above and beyond their Armed Forces Covenant pledges. Through its Bronze, Silver and Gold awards, the scheme allows the Ministry of Defence to publicly recognise organisations for their commitment and support.
For us, achieving Silver is more than an award. It represents our ongoing commitment to giving back to a community we work closely with every day.
Supporting the Armed Forces community
As specialists within Defence & National Security, our connection with the Armed Forces community extends beyond recruitment and talent solutions.
iO Associates has proudly supported military and veteran charity Walking With The Wounded, which supports veterans and their families. Our teams have previously completed the Welsh Three Peaks Challenge in under 24 hours and taken part in other fundraising treks to raise money for the charity.
Our relationship has continued through further initiatives and by raising awareness of the opportunities available to veterans transitioning into civilian careers.
Alongside this, we are proud signatories of the Armed Forces Covenant, pledging our support to the military community.
These initiatives reflect something that is incredibly important to us: recognising the skills, experience and perspectives members of the Armed Forces community can bring to businesses and creating opportunities for those moving into the next stage of their careers.
