ELECTRICAL TECHNICIAN

This is a fantastic opportunity to get involved in the development of a brand new, next generation electric aircraft that is set to completely revolutionise the future of cross-country travel in the coming years.

This cutting edge, futuristic concept combines the two key factors of convenience and sustainability through the development of their digital platforms and green power technology.

They are now looking for an Electrical Technician to work closely with the test engineers on all electrical Test Rigs and Test Beds. Your scope of work will include the electrical installation of Battery and Engine Test Beds but also the installation of the electrical set ups for tests. In the battery test team you will work on test set-ups for cycling and thermal runaway test beds.

Requirements:

• Background as Electrician or Electronic/Electrical Technician
• Minimum of 3 years' experience in development and assembly of control cabinets based on standard components
• Professional experience in the application of standards such as DIN EN 61439-x (VDE 0660-600), IEC 60364-x, VDE 0100-series
• Ability to read and understand manufacturing instructions, electrical diagrams, and mechanical drawings
