    About the Role

    An exciting opportunity has arisen with a global leader in the aerospace and manufacturing sector, based at their Broughton site.

    You will join the Planning & Logistics team, playing a critical role in supporting production scheduling activities for aircraft wing assembly and fuel system installation. This role contributes directly to a major future-focused programme aimed at enabling growth in the civil aviation sector.

    Key Responsibilities

    • Support delivery of aircraft part commodities to meet build schedules, cost, and delivery targets.
    • Assist operational teams in achieving financial and production objectives.
    • Anticipate production rate changes and manage associated risks and opportunities.
    • Work cross-functionally to support continuous improvement and business performance projects.
    • Ensure planning & logistics processes are implemented and adhered to effectively.
    • Collaborate with procurement and logistics providers to mitigate supply chain risks.
    • Support deployment of operational systems and processes across relevant areas.
    • Maintain strong focus on health, safety, and environmental standards.

    Skills & Experience Required

    • Proven experience in production scheduling / planning (manufacturing or transferable industries)
    • Strong Google Sheets / Excel skills (including macros and data manipulation)
    • Excellent organisational and communication skills
    • Logical, methodical, and results-driven approach
    • Ability to work independently and “hit the ground running”.
    • Strong teamwork and adaptability
