This company are leading high-volume manufacturers across the UK. They plan to integrate two sites over the next two years and would like to bring aboard a Quality Manager to drastically re-shape and manage change whilst leading the whole quality department. With massive plans to grow and become market leaders this is an excellent chance for anyone to reach new heights in their career.
*Management of the product excellence and quality teams
*Maintain environment, health, and safety standards
*Auditing existing practices, proactively challenging and questioning to ensure compliance and improvements are met
*Driving continuous improvement and implementing change
*Experience as a Quality Manager
*Background in Food OR Medical OR Pharmaceuticals OR Textiles
*HND or Degree qualified in relevant subject
*Knowledge of Six Sigma or LEAN Manufacturing principles
