We are seeking a Senior Project Manager to lead the delivery of complex public sector digital projects. The role focuses on driving large-scale transformation initiatives across cloud, data, and cyber, including data centre migrations to cloud environments.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end delivery of public sector digital projects

• Manage stakeholders across technical and non-technical teams

• Oversee cloud migration programmes, including data centre transitions

• Ensure delivery within scope, time, and budget constraints

• Implement strong governance, risk, and compliance practices

• Coordinate cross-functional teams and third-party suppliers

• Drive continuous improvement in delivery processes

Skills & Experience

• Proven experience delivering digital or IT projects within the public sector

• Strong background in cloud, data, or cyber security programmes

• Experience managing complex migrations (e.g. data centre to cloud)

• Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills

• Familiarity with public sector delivery frameworks and standards

• Ability to manage multiple workstreams in a fast-paced environment
