This company are a highly revered construction plant machinery hire organisation who operate across the South West. They're looking to strengthen their service team by amploying a skilled plant professional to take the reigns in their depot in Bristol.

In this role you will work within the depot and cover the organisation of work to all staff from parts to service to customer service and aftercare. You will manage a medium sized team and will liaise with customers and staff to ensure effective operations.

The Person

• Background in the construction plant or agricultural industry
• Service OR Sales OR Parts OR Aftercare OR Coordination background considered
• Some sort of leadership experience
• Based commutable to Bristol
