Infrastructure Engineer | Greater Manchester/Hybrid | £43,000
I'm looking for an Infrastructure Engineer or 3rd Line Engineer to join an excellent housing association based in Greater Manchester. The role is hybrid and is 1/2 times a week in the office.
You will support the 24/7 operation and maintenance of the IT infrastructure by delivering 2nd and 3rd line support of incidents within the Data Centre hosting, virtualisation, storage and backup infrastructure, providing swift Return to Service for business users and services.
The role will be adding massive value to their technical department where you will have an immediate impact on their processes.
The key skills required are:
- 2nd/3rd line support
- VMware
- Netapp
- ITIL
