Role: Senior Customer Success Manager within Government and Defence

Location: Remote working with visits to London & User site

Salary: £80,000 - 95,000

Are you an experienced BD Manager, Account Manager or Customer Success Manager looking for a new challenge?

We are working with one of the UK's fastest-growing defence technology business that are providing bleeding-edge AI, VR and simulation technology to the UK Defence and Government market.

The role will see you at the centre of partner success, ensuring the business' relationships with systems integrators & OEMs are maximised and nurtured. You will be the liaison between the customer and the business and truly own our value partnership network relationships.

You will be working as a success manager for businesses' such as BAE, Thales, Microsoft and Fujitsu and be at the heart of bringing the business' exceptional product range and service to the front and centre of partners captures and campaigns. Ensuring that the very best technologies reach the Armed Forces and are integrated for the greatest effect.

With such a role the business is looking for an individual who has a truly in-depth knowledge of the defence domain, can digest user requirements and also carry out best-of-class customer service.
