Are you a Project Coordinator with a background in the NHS and Healthcare? Do you have excellent IT skills and an understanding of Agile methodology? If so, this role is for you.

iO Associates are working with a leading software healthcare company who are looking for a Project Coordinator to support them in the management and implementation of a variety of their ongoing projects.

You will be required to resolve and escalate issues, track and review progress and resolution of issues via JIRA, work with Product, Development, and Technical Teams and Continually seek opportunities to increase customer satisfaction and deepen customer relationships.

Skills

• Degree educated or equivalent
• Experienced in NHS and Healthcare Information Systems
• Understanding of Project Management methodologies (ideally Agile)
• A successful and proven track record in working to tight deadlines in a busy challenging
• environment
• Experience in dealing with end users and prioritising outstanding tasks
• Excellent communication and presentation skills both written and oral
• Excellent IT skills
