iO Associates is proud to be representing a fast growing Space business, who are looking to expand their team with an Embedded Software Engineer.

Our client are keen to speak with experienced Software Engineers who have experience in safety-critical development.

Your responsibilities

* Developing safety critical software for avionics using C++

* Create tools for analysing, testing and verifying code

* Develop drivers for integrating systems through various interfaces

* Working within a multi-disciplinary team to solve complex technical problems

* Writing technical documentation when required

Skills and Qualifications requirement

* Experience developing safety critical software in C++

* Experience working in a highly regulated industry e.g. Aerospace, Automotive, Space, Defence

* Experience with a scripting language (Python preferred)

* Knowledge of unit testing, test driven development and continuous integration

* Knowledge of real-time operating systems is desirable

* Experience with Simulink is desirable
