iO Associates has partnered with a technology-driven organisation delivering enterprise Salesforce and AI-led CRM transformation solutions to US clients. We are seeking an experienced Salesforce Agentforce Developer to design, build, and optimise AI-powered Salesforce solutions within a fast-paced, high-growth environment.

You will play a critical role in developing scalable Agentforce architectures, implementing AI-driven automation, and supporting US stakeholders across complex Salesforce ecosystems.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design and develop Salesforce Agentforce AI agents (Customer, Employee, Case Resolution, Workflow agents).
• Implement AI-driven automation using Apex, Flows, and Flow Orchestration.
• Build and optimise prompt engineering strategies to enhance agent accuracy and behaviour.
• Develop RAG (Retrieval-Augmented Generation) pipelines leveraging Data Cloud and external knowledge sources.
• Create Apex-based orchestration layers for event-driven automation and integrations.
• Build Lightning Web Components (LWC) to support AI-assisted user workflows.
• Integrate external systems using REST/SOAP APIs, OAuth, and Named Credentials.
• Ensure performance optimisation, governor limit compliance, and scalable architecture.
• Collaborate with US-based architects and product stakeholders during solution design and delivery.
• Follow AI governance, data security, and Salesforce best practices.

Requirements:

• 4-7 years of Salesforce Development experience.
• Hands-on experience implementing Salesforce Agentforce solutions.
• Strong Apex expertise (Async Apex, Batch, Queueable, Callouts).
• Advanced Lightning Web Components (LWC) development.
• Strong understanding of Salesforce Flows and Flow Orchestration.
• Experience with Salesforce Data Cloud architecture and AI integrations.
• API integration expertise (REST/SOAP, OAuth 2.0).
• Understanding of prompt engineering, LLM constraints, and AI guardrails.
• Salesforce Platform Developer I (Mandatory).
• Salesforce AI Specialist / Agentforce Accreditation (Mandatory).

Desirable Skills:

• Salesforce Platform Developer II.
• Data Cloud Consultant Certification.
• Service Cloud Consultant Certification.
• Experience in enterprise Service Cloud implementations.
• Exposure to secure AI design in regulated industries.
• Experience working in offshore models supporting US clients.
