AI Consultant (Agentic Coding / AI SDLC)

A fast-growing technology consultancy is hiring an AI Consultant to help clients adopt AI-powered software delivery and modern agentic coding tools.

Location: Berlin or Frankfurt (hybrid)
Type: Permanent, full-time (40 hrs/week)
Start: ASAP

What you’ll do

• Design and embed AI-enabled SDLC ways of working across engineering teams
• Advise and coach teams on using tools like Copilot / Cursor / Claude Code / Codex / Devin / Windsurf
• Build proof-of-value demos and measurable showcases (productivity, quality, cycle time)
• Support technical pre-sales: demos, ROI narrative, C-level storytelling
• Help shape best practices (playbooks, talks, internal communities)

What we’re looking for

• Strong software engineering background + hands-on experience with agentic coding tools
• Solid understanding of clean code, automated testing, reviews, CI/CD
• Exposure to cloud environments-Azure and/or AWS (AI integration experience a plus)
• Confident client-facing communication & stakeholder skills
• Fluent German + English
