AI governance
Experience: Background in technology consulting with a track record delivering projects across AI risk, model oversight, ethical AI frameworks, or emerging tech policy.
Frameworks & Standards: Familiarity with international standards and regulatory frameworks, including ISO/IEC 23894, ISO/IEC 42001, OECD guidance, NIST AI RMF, and the EU AI Act.
Risk & Oversight: Hands-on exposure to algorithmic impact reviews, model governance controls, and end-to-end lifecycle monitoring (from development to validation, explainability, and human oversight).
Generative AI: Practical grasp of risk vectors unique to GenAI, including IP exposure, data privacy, bias mitigation, and safety controls.
Communication: Ability to bridge technical and business domains, translating complex compliance needs for leadership across risk, legal, engineering, and data science.
Experience integrating commercial GRC tools, AI inventory platforms, or model management solutions.
Background in broader tech domains like cyber security, data privacy, or general technology risk.
Relevant industry certifications (e.g., IAPP AIGP, CRISC, CISM, CISSP, or ISO Lead Auditor/Implementer).
