Contract | Investment Accounting | Aladdin | Transformation Programme

We are currently looking for an Aladdin Accounting Consultant / Investment Accounting SME to support a major investment platform transformation programme.

This is an exciting opportunity for an experienced Investment Accountant, NAV Specialist, Accounting Controls Analyst or Investment Operations professional with exposure to Aladdin / Aladdin Accounting, who is looking to take their expertise into a consulting and transformation environment.

You will play a key role in helping design and implement accounting processes within the Aladdin platform, working across Finance, Investment Operations and Technology to ensure accounting requirements, operational controls and reporting processes are accurately reflected within the new platform.

The Role

As an Aladdin Accounting Consultant, you will act as a subject matter expert across the investment accounting lifecycle, helping translate existing accounting processes and operational workflows into scalable platform designs.

You will also support the definition of accounting operating models, responsibility matrices and control frameworks across the investment accounting lifecycle.

You should have a strong understanding of investment accounting processes and ideally experience working with Aladdin or Aladdin Accounting.

Experience with other investment accounting platforms such as SimCorp Dimension, Eagle Accounting or Clearwater Analytics would also be relevant.

Key Skills & Experience

• Strong investment accounting knowledge
• Understanding of accounting production and month-end processes
• Experience with NAV calculation and oversight
• Strong knowledge of reconciliation and accounting controls
• Experience with break management and QC processes
• Ability to translate business and accounting processes into system requirements
• Experience supporting platform implementation or transformation
• Strong stakeholder management and communication skills
• Ability to work effectively across Finance, Operations and Technology

• A degree in Accounting, Finance, Economics, Business or a related discipline would be beneficial.

You will be able to use your existing accounting expertise while gaining valuable experience across Aladdin, platform implementation, operating model design and investment technology transformation.
