Role Summary
To support their continued growth and strategic initiatives, Our Client is seeking a talented Analog Power Electronics Engineer. This key hire will help drive the development of cutting-edge power electronic designs and contribute significantly to innovative product development. Responsibilities

  • Design, develop, and optimise analog power electronic circuits and systems to meet project specifications.
  • Conduct detailed analysis and simulations to validate design concepts.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams including hardware and software engineers to ensure seamless integration.
  • Support prototype development and testing, troubleshooting, and refinement processes.
  • Maintain documentation of design processes, specifications, and test results.
  • Stay informed of industry advancements to incorporate best practices and innovative solutions.

Essential Skills & Experience

  • Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering, Electronics, or a related field.
  • Proven experience designing analog power circuits in a commercial setting.
  • Strong knowledge of power electronics components, circuits, and systems.
  • Experience with simulation tools such as SPICE or equivalent.
  • Familiarity with industry standards and best practices for power electronics.
  • Excellent problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
  • Ability to work effectively within a team and communicate technical concepts clearly.
  • German and English fluency

Desirable Skills & Experience

  • Prior experience in high-efficiency power supply design.
  • Knowledge of digital control systems interfacing with analog electronics.
  • Experience with thermal management and safety compliance standards.
  • Familiarity with EMC/EMC testing and mitigation techniques.
