A global leader in rental housing and real estate investment management is hiring an Anaplan Analyst to support and enhance its financial planning systems. The organization operates across multiple international markets and specializes in property development, investment management, and large-scale residential portfolio management.

This role focuses on developing and optimizing Anaplan models and planning solutions that enable accurate budgeting, forecasting, and reporting while partnering closely with finance and business stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop, enhance, and maintain Anaplan models, dashboards, and planning solutions
• Translate business requirements into technical Anaplan models, prototypes, and mock-ups
• Partner with finance and business teams to support planning, budgeting, and forecasting processes
• Manage Anaplan data hub, integrations, security, and user access
• Perform testing, regression testing, and defect resolution across dev/test/prod environments
• Contribute to Anaplan Center of Excellence (CoE) initiatives and best practices
• Build proof-of-concept models to demonstrate new planning capabilities
• Provide documentation, training, and support to users and junior team members
• Ensure models are optimized, scalable, and maintainable

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree (IT or technical field preferred)
• Anaplan Model Builder certification (Level 1 & 2 required; Level 3 preferred)
• 3-4 years of experience implementing Anaplan solutions as a Model Builder or similar role
• Experience with Anaplan integrations (Anaplan Connect, APIs, etc.)
• Strong Excel modelling and data analysis skills
• Understanding of financial planning systems, data modelling, and planning processes
• Experience in Agile/Lean environments and working with cross-functional teams
• Strong communication, problem-solving, and ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines
