This role will focus on AOCS subsystem design, development, and validation. The team is looking for someone who can step in quickly, take ownership of the AOCS work stream, and provide strong technical input from day one.

The role
You’ll be responsible for progressing the AOCS subsystem, with work centred around design, analysis, and validation, including:

• Control algorithm development
• Sensor selection and performance assessment
• System dynamics, stability, and modelling

What they’re looking for

• Proven experience as an AOCS Engineer in a satellite / spacecraft environment
• Strong hands-on involvement in satellite development programmes
• Solid background in control systems and algorithm development
• Experience across subsystem design, modelling, and validation
• Ability to review and challenge technical designs
• Familiarity with ECSS standards
• 5+ years’ experience (senior profiles preferred)
