Associate Director/Managing – Quantity Surveyor
Bristol – Hybrid 3 days in a week onsite
Up to £80K per annum/up to £70K per annum

An Associate Director/Managing Quantity Surveyor is needed to work with a top international consulting firm for design, engineering, and project management. A global engineering and project management firm specialising in infrastructure, transportation, energy, and defence.

You will be responsible for managing and controlling project costs to ensure delivery within budget, validating contractor valuations and payments, and preparing regular financial and risk reports. Supporting procurement activities and contractor appointments, administering contracts and managing variations.

Skills:

• Strong NEC experience.
• Chartered Quantity Surveyor qualifications (strongly preferred).
• Quantity Surveying experience within Water/Rail/ Highways/Infrastructure background.
• Conversant in pre and post contract quantity surveying duties
• Certifications such as Quantity Surveying, Commercial Management etc.
