Shift: Night Shift (8:30 PM – 5:30 AM)

B2C Collections Agent (Voice) is required to work for a leading global organisation renowned for managing and developing residential properties across multiple regions. With a strong international presence, the company is focused on driving innovation across its finance and technology functions, delivering efficient and scalable financial systems.

Responsibilities:

• Manage AR and end-to-end collections
• Own assigned accounts and client relationships
• Follow up on overdue invoices (calls & emails)
• Resolve invoice discrepancies and disputes
• Handle payment applications and account maintenance
• Perform reconciliations and invoice adjustments
• Collaborate with internal teams and AP teams
• Prepare basic reports and analysis (Excel)
• Ensure timely follow-ups and clear communication

Required Skills:

• 2-5 years of experience in B2C Collections / AR / O2C
• Excellent negotiation and objection-handling abilities
• Solid understanding of B2B Collections / Accounts Receivable / Order to Cash
• Strong analytical skills with hands-on experience in Excel (VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables)
• Ability to manage multiple accounts and meet deadlines
