Are you a data-driven problem solver who loves turning raw data into clear, actionable insights? We’re seeking an experienced BI Engineer to join a forward-thinking analytics team on a 12-month remote contract. You’ll work on modern data projects using Power BI, Databricks, and advanced data modelling to deliver compelling dashboards and data assets.

What you’ll be doing:

• Design and implement robust data models and pipelines to support business intelligence initiatives.
• Work hands-on with Databricks for data processing and transformation, and leverage Power BI to create interactive, enterprise-grade dashboards.
• Develop and optimize SQL queries and data structures that underpin insightful analytics.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to translate business requirements into scalable BI solutions.
• Apply version control with Git and promote best practices in data modelling and BI development.
• Contribute to data governance and documentation to ensure consistency and reusability of data assets.

What you’ll bring:

• Strong expertise with Databricks, SQL, Power BI, and data modelling.
• Practical experience building reusable data assets and semantic models for dashboards.
• Familiarity with Git workflows and collaborative development processes.
