A highly skilled Buildings & Construction UK Buyer is required for a leading global aerospace organisation renowned for shaping the future of commercial and military aviation. The company drives innovation, engineering excellence, and sustainable technologies across its international operations.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead sourcing activities, including tendering and contract negotiations
• Manage supplier relationships to maximise value and minimise cost and risk
• Support procurement across construction and infrastructure projects
• Work closely with cross-functional and multi-divisional teams throughout the full contract lifecycle
• Ensure alignment with internal and external procurement standards

Key Requirements

• Experience in procurement, buying, or sourcing within construction or manufacturing environments
• Strong negotiation and supplier management skills
• Ability to manage multiple projects and stakeholders effectively
• Commercial awareness with a focus on cost optimisation and risk management
