Business Change Project Manager (TOM / Policing) – NPPV3 & SC

Location: London (occasional onsite travel)
Contract Rate: £550-£650 per day (Outside IR35)
Clearance: Active SC required NPPV3 Desired

Overview

We are seeking an experienced Business Change Project Manager with a strong background in UK policing to deliver key transformation initiatives. This role will focus on designing and implementing Target Operating Models (TOM) and driving process-led change across operational environments.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead delivery of business change and transformation programmes
• Design and implement Target Operating Models (TOM)
• Drive process improvement and organisational change
• Engage senior stakeholders across policing and operational teams
• Deliver effective change management strategies and adoption plans
• Facilitate workshops, governance, and decision forums
• Manage risks, issues, and programme dependencies

Required Experience

• Proven Business Change Project Manager experience within policing / law enforcement
• Strong track record delivering TOM and process change initiatives
• Ability to drive and embed change across complex organisations
• Excellent stakeholder management at senior levels
• Experience with Agile / Waterfall / Hybrid delivery methods
• Active NPPV3 & SC clearance
