A rare opportunity has arisen for an experienced space-sector sales professional to join an innovative organisation operating within the global space market.

We are looking to speak with commercially driven individuals who bring a strong understanding of the space sector, alongside particular expertise or exposure to Launch Operations. This role would suit someone who is passionate about the industry, confident engaging with senior stakeholders, and motivated by the opportunity to help shape commercial growth in a highly specialised market.

Based in Toulouse, this position offers the chance to work at the heart of one of Europe’s most important aerospace and space hubs, supporting customers across a fast-moving and technically advanced environment.

The Opportunity

This is a strategic commercial role focused on developing new business, managing key customer relationships, and identifying growth opportunities across the space ecosystem.

You will be working with customers and partners involved in launch-related activities, helping to position high-value solutions and services into a market where technical understanding and commercial credibility are equally important.

The successful individual will be comfortable operating in a consultative sales environment and able to build trust with both commercial and technical decision-makers.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and grow business opportunities across the space and launch operations market
  • Build and maintain relationships with key customers, partners, and stakeholders
  • Identify new commercial opportunities across the wider space ecosystem
  • Lead sales activity from initial engagement through to negotiation and close
  • Work closely with internal technical teams to align solutions with customer requirements
  • Support strategic account development and long-term customer growth
  • Represent the business at customer meetings, industry events, and sector conferences
  • Monitor market developments and competitor activity within the space sector

About You

We are keen to hear from candidates with:

  • A proven track record in sales, business development, or commercial leadership within the space sector
  • Strong understanding of Launch Operations and the surrounding market landscape
  • Experience selling technical services, solutions, or programmes into space-related customers
  • The ability to communicate credibly with technically minded stakeholders
  • Strong relationship-building and stakeholder management skills
  • A commercial mindset with a proactive approach to identifying and converting opportunities
  • Fluent English, with French highly advantageous
