iO Associates are working with an established healthcare technology organisation that is continuing to invest in its UK commercial team.
We are seeking a commercially driven Business Development Manager to take ownership of a regional territory, driving growth, developing strategic customer relationships, and identifying new business opportunities across healthcare settings.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute territory growth plans
- Manage and grow existing customer relationships
- Identify and secure new business opportunities
- Engage with clinical, procurement, and commercial stakeholders
- Deliver product presentations, training, and customer support
- Support commercial negotiations, account planning, and forecasting
- Monitor market activity and identify opportunities for growth
Key Requirements
- Proven experience in medical device, healthcare, life sciences, or healthcare sales
- Strong business development and account management skills
- Experience engaging with clinical and commercial stakeholders
- Demonstrable track record of delivering sales growth
- Excellent communication, presentation, and relationship-building skills
- Self-motivated and comfortable managing a territory independently
