We are looking for a Data Migration / Technical Data Delivery Lead to join a large-scale technology transformation programme delivering critical services for a major government department. Working within a multi-disciplinary team, you will bridge the gap between business analysis and technical delivery, ensuring seamless data transition and robust governance.
What you’ll do:

- Coordinate with client-side stakeholders to ensure secure handling of commercially sensitive data sets.
- Collaborate with Senior Transition and Technical PMs to build realistic migration schedules, with a heavy focus on the transition of open work orders.
- Advise on and generate synthetic data for development and testing environments.
- Lead hypercare data reconciliation exercises post-go-live.
What we’re looking for:
- Extensive experience in programme environments involving complex data cleansing, restructuring, and migration across IT platforms.
- Industry Specifics: Proven experience with CAFM software and/or delivering Facilities Management (FM) contracts is highly desirable.
- Tech Stack: Strong MS Excel skills (Pivots, Macros) and a solid working knowledge of SQL, Jira (Kanban), and Azure/IaaS environments.
- Methodology: A foundation in a recognised project management framework (PRINCE2, APM, or PMI) is preferred.
