Hiring: Design Quality Engineer — Global Aerospace & Manufacturing Leader — Broughton

Are you a proactive Quality Engineer or an experienced engineer looking for your next career move in aviation? I’m partnering with a global aerospace and manufacturing leader to strengthen their Quality Engineering — Airframe Wing team. You’ll work with international engineering teams and suppliers to resolve quality issues and improve product maturity from early design through delivery.

The role

• Location: Broughton (on-site)

• Rate: £34/hour (Umbrella)

• Contract: 12 months

Key responsibilities

• Lead and deliver improvement projects to meet engineering quality targets.

• Facilitate root-cause analysis and practical problem solving.

• Identify risks in engineering deliverables and implement standardized mitigation plans.

What we’re looking for

• Engineering experience in Aviation or Manufacturing; strong recent graduates with relevant experience will be considered.

• Knowledge of FMEA and root-cause techniques (for example, 9S, 8D).

• Ability to obtain BPSS+ security clearance.
