Deskside IT Support Analyst
Oxford (4 days onsite per week with occasional travel to Bath)

A Deskside IT Support Analyst is required to join a well-established, technology-led professional services organisation with an excellent reputation for its collaborative culture and investment in employee development. This is a fantastic opportunity to provide hands-on IT support to office-based users, acting as the face of IT while delivering a first-class customer experience in a fast-paced professional environment.
Working alongside the Service Desk and Infrastructure teams, you’ll resolve hardware, software, Windows 11, and network issues, manage incidents and service requests, support system deployments and IT projects, and contribute to continual service improvement. You’ll also liaise with senior stakeholders, ensuring issues are resolved efficiently while maintaining high service standards.
